General Questions
R-Hub (Global Research Hub) is an initiative by Globus Learn Corp designed to
democratize research opportunities for high school, undergraduate, graduate, and PhD
students. We connect students with PhD scholars and global faculty to work on impactful
research projects across various domains like pure sciences, technology, business studies,
economics, accounting, and social sciences.
R-Hub is open to all high school, undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students who
are interested in conducting research and developing critical thinking and analytical skills.
Students select a research project based on their interests. They are then paired
with a PhD scholar who mentors them through the research process, from hypothesis
formation to data analysis and report writing. Projects are reviewed by global faculty,
ensuring high standards and valuable feedback. We also use a cohort approach, where all
new students receive a common orientation on the 15th of each month, regardless of their
domain.
R-Hub provides students with the opportunity to develop critical research skills,
gain in-depth knowledge in their chosen domain, and work under the guidance of
experienced PhD scholars and global faculty. This experience can significantly enhance
academic and career prospects.
Research Projects
R-Hub offers projects across a wide range of domains, including pure sciences,
technology, business studies, economics, accounting, and social sciences. Projects are
designed to be completed without the need for physical equipment or labs. Project mentors
will provide relevant readings, academic literature, and data sets as needed.
Students can choose projects based on their interests and future aspirations. Our
mentors and coordinators are also available to guide students in selecting a project that
aligns with their goals.
We expect students to commit at least 100 hours to their research projects. This
effort can be spread over 1-3 months, depending on the complexity of the project and the
student's schedule. For PhD-level projects, the student effort and timelines will be adjusted
accordingly
Yes, students are encouraged to publish their research findings. Many of our
projects lead to publishable work, and our mentors can guide you through the process of
preparing your research for publication in academic journals or conferences.
Mentorship and Guidance
Each student is paired with a Project Mentor who specializes in the student's chosen
research domain. The mentor provides one-on-one guidance throughout the research
process. Mentorship sessions, including one-on-one video conferences, will be conducted
through the R-Hub LMS.
Mentorship sessions are typically held weekly, but the frequency can be adjusted
based on the needs of the student and the demands of the project.
R-Hub provides ongoing support through your mentor and project coordinator. If
you encounter difficulties, you can reach out for help at any time. We are here to ensure you
succeed in your research journey. If you are not satisfied with your mentor, you can request
a change once during the project, which may delay the project by up to 4 weeks.
Application Process
Applying to R-Hub is simple. You can fill out the application form on our website,
providing details about your academic background and research interests. Once you submit
your enrollment application, we will create your login credentials for the R-Hub LMS. After
you sign our contract and make at least 50% of the payment, your account will be activated.
While there are no strict prerequisites, we look for students who are passionate
about research and have a strong academic foundation in their chosen domain.
Yes, there is a program fee that covers mentorship, resources, and access to global
faculty. The fee structure is available on our website. We require at least 50% payment upon
enrollment, and the remaining payment is due after the approval of the project proposal by
the faculty advisor (after the first deliverable)
Scholarships are available based on academic ability and are awarded at the
discretion of the R-Hub team.
Note: Scholarship decisions are final and are based on
our internal assessment.
1. Before the First Session: If you have paid and not yet had your first session, you are eligible for 100% refund

3. After More than 15 Sessions: If more than 15 sessions have taken place, no refunds will be provided as substantial work has already been done
Logistics and Support
R-Hub endeavors to use standard packages and open-source tools wherever
possible. Additionally, project mentors will share relevant readings, academic literature, and
data sets with students as needed, based on the specific requirements of the project.
R-Hub stands out because of our focus on democratizing research, making it
accessible to students worldwide without the need for physical labs or equipment. We offer
personalized mentorship and provide access to global faculty, ensuring that students receive
top-notch guidance throughout their research journey.
Upon completion, your project will be reviewed by our global faculty, and you will
receive detailed feedback. You can also choose to present your findings at conferences or
publish your work. R-Hub provides certificates of completion and letters of recommendation
for students who successfully complete their projects.
We expect students to complete assignments and readings within the stipulated
timelines. Delays in meeting these deadlines may impact the quality of the final output, and
we cannot guarantee the same level of success if timelines are not adhered to.
