Background
This project involves an in-depth exploration of constitutional law through the review, interpretation, and proposal of amendments to a national constitution. Students will engage with the principles of constitutional governance, analyze landmark legal cases, and develop proposals for constitutional amendments to address contemporary issues.
Learning Outcome (LO)
- LO #1: Understand the fundamental principles of constitutional law, including the separation of powers, checks and balances, and fundamental rights.
- LO #2: Analyze specific articles or amendments of a constitution to assess their impacts and relevance.
- LO #3: Propose and justify amendments to address modern issues or improve governance. Also assess the potential impact of proposed amendments on the legal and political landscape.
