Environmental Law: Climate Change Litigation and Policy Making

Background

This project investigates how environmental law addresses climate change through litigation and policymaking. Students will focus on the role of legal frameworks in reducing carbon emissions, enforcing sustainable practices, and shaping public and corporate behavior. The study will include an examination of key international agreements, national policies, and landmark climate change lawsuits.
