Background
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the strategy businesses use to understand and engage with their customers effectively. From small shops to large corporations, CRM helps build customer loyalty and improve sales. This project introduces students to the basics of CRM, showing them how businesses collect and use customer data to improve their services and maintain relationships. Hubspot CRM can help to explore CRM workflows, customer tracking and engagement. Trello (Free Plan) can be used to organize and manage customer or participant data visually.
