Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) are critical for corporate growth but involve complex financial, cultural, and operational challenges. This project investigates the success factors and pitfalls of M&A strategies through case studies and data analysis. S&P Capital IQ (Free Trial) can give or M&A financial data. Yahoo Finance can be used for stock price analysis before and after M&A announcements. Later a combination for Pyhton (Pandas) and Power BI (free version) can be used for M&A data visualization.
