Impact of E-Commerce on Small Businesses

E-commerce has transformed the way people shop and how businesses operate. While it provides opportunities for small businesses to reach wider markets, it also poses challenges such as increased competition and dependency on online platforms. This project aims to help students explore how e-commerce has influenced small businesses in their locality or region, analysing both the benefits and challenges. Google Forms will be used to create and conduct surveys. Platforms like Statista can be used to access global and regional e-commerce statistics.
