She holds a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from CSIR-CSMCRI, where her research focused on potassium solubilizing bacteria using Kfeldspar for plant growth promotion. With over a decade of experience, Dr. Bachani has worked extensively on interdisciplinary projects that bridge biotechnology, geology, and agronomy, particularly in algal biofuels, plant-microbe interactions, and environmental remediation. She has held positions as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at IIT Bombay, a Research Associate at IISER Pune, and a Visiting Faculty Member at Amity University, where she mentored students and developed innovative teaching methods in subjects such as biophysics and bioresource technology. My research focuses on the dynamics of an Ultracold plasma system. My work on Rydberg atoms embedded in Ultracold plasma medium is up on ArXiv. and is in the process of a single-author publication. My broader research area covers Condensed matter physics, Atomic physics, and Optics. I employ the methods of theoretical modelling, computational physics, and the analysis of experimental results to pursue my research area(s). I have presented my works at prestigious national and international conferences like IC-Fast, NCAMP, FIP, IYQSM through poster presentation and oral presentation. I have helped the students as a teaching assistant, project mentor, and educator both in colleges as well as in ed-tech space. Recently I have been training LLMs, helping them reduce mistakes in high school, undergraduate Physics as well as Mathematics. I believe in academic excellence and I have trained students in improving their reasoning and analytical skills by over 60%.
