Dr. Farhidi previously served as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at NV Energy, within the Energy Conservation and Efficiency division. In this role, he was responsible for evaluating and forecasting energy programs, optimizing intervention strategies, and providing technical expertise for contracts and regulatory filings. He also led a Department of Energy (DOE)-funded research and development project, where his team developed an innovative software and hardware package designed to reduce solar customers’ bills while delivering grid services through the utilization of distributed energy resources. Earlier in his career, Dr. Farhidi worked as an engineer and project manager in the oil and gas industry, where he led teams of over 300 staff on a $100 million pipeline project. He currently resides in Las Vegas with his wife and son.

With a diverse background that bridges engineering and human-centered research, Dr. Hu has extensive experience working in both academic and national laboratory settings, including Stanford University and SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. Her interdisciplinary approach emphasizes enhancing human-system integration and optimizing human-AI collaboration to improve efficiency, safety, and user experience in complex environments. Dr. Pooja Bachani is a dedicated geomicrobiologist with a strong background in microbiology, molecular biology, and bioenergy research. She holds a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from CSIR-CSMCRI, where her research focused on potassium solubilizing bacteria using Kfeldspar for plant growth promotion. With over a decade of experience, Dr. Bachani has worked extensively on interdisciplinary projects that bridge biotechnology, geology, and agronomy, particularly in algal biofuels, plant-microbe interactions, and environmental remediation. She has held positions as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at IIT Bombay, a Research Associate at IISER Pune, and a Visiting Faculty Member at Amity University, where she mentored students and developed innovative teaching methods in subjects such as biophysics and bioresource technology. Dr. Bachani's work has led to publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at international conferences. She is currently engaged as a Prompt Engineer. I hold a Ph.D. in Environmental Bioengineering and have over seven years of experience in Solid Waste Management (SWM), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, and environmental compliance. My work spans various initiatives under the Swachh Bharat Mission 2.0 and the Maharashtra Urban Development Mission, where I delivered high-quality Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and provided transaction advisory services for sustainable urban development. My research interests focus on phytotechnologies and greenhouse gas mitigation, with 17 peerreviewed publications that have garnered over 500 citations, underscoring my academic contributions. I have presented at national and international forums, including the "Sustainable Rural Development Project" in Nepal, where I collaborated with global research institutions.
