Sound Waves Studio: Modeling Acoustics and Sound Design
inPhysics
Background
“Sound Waves Studio” offers students a virtual environment to explore and understand the physics of sound through the creation and manipulation of sound waves. This project combines principles of acoustics with digital audio techniques, providing a practical understanding of how sound behaves and is engineered. Students will use simulations and audio editing tools to investigate various aspects of sound and acoustics.
Learning Outcome (LO)
- LO #1: Gain a comprehensive understanding of sound wave properties, acoustic phenomena, and their applications in real-world scenarios.
- LO #2: Develop skills in using audio editing and simulation tools to explore and manipulate sound waves.
What is on offer?
- 1-on-1 sessions with Ph.D. Scholars
- Supervision and Guidance from Global Faculty
- Assistance in Publishing Research
