The Impact of Screen Time on Sleep Quality
Background
In today’s digital age, screens have become an integral part of our daily lives, from smartphones and tablets to computers and televisions. However, this increasing screen time has raised concerns about its potential effects on sleep quality and overall health. This project investigates whether increased smartphone/tablet use at night influences total sleep time and next-day alertness. Personal Data as well as data from friends and family can be collected by using screen-time logs and self-reported sleep diaries.
