This project examines how employee satisfaction impacts performance metrics, such as profitability and customer satisfaction. Glassdoor Reviews can give publicly available employee feedback data. Later Google Forms can help in designing and distributing surveys and collected data can be analysed through SPSS (Trial Version): and satisfaction-performance relationships can be attained.
