REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products, programs, mentorship services, and research project offerings on GlobalRHub.org (“Global R-Hub”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The policy is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Chandigarh, Punjab, India.

1. Overview

At Global R-Hub, we strive to provide high-quality research mentorship and academic support services tailored for students and professionals. Due to the personalized nature of our programs—including structured mentorship sessions, project deliverables, and faculty review—refunds are managed based on work completed and commitments already made.

2. Refund Eligibility

a) Before Start of Mentorship Sessions

If a student withdraws before the commencement of any mentorship session, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

b) Before Completion of Three (3) Sessions

If a student withdraws after mentorship has started but before completing three (3) sessions, a refund will be issued on a pro-rata basis, calculated based on the number of sessions already conducted and the applicable payment installment structure.

Refunds under this clause are processed on a case-to-case basis, and the decision of Global R-Hub management shall be final and binding.

c) After Completion of Three (3) Sessions

Once three (3) mentorship sessions have been completed, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

• Email us at contact@globalrhub.org with the subject line “Refund Request”.
• Include your full name, enrolled program, payment details, and the reason for the request.

Refund requests will be reviewed and a response will be communicated within 15 business days of receipt.

4. Fees and Deductions

All applicable refunds may be subject to:

• Administrative processing charges;
• Non-reversible costs already incurred; and
• Applicable taxes retained as per statutory requirements.

5. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or any other mode deemed appropriate by Global R-Hub, within 30 days of approval.

6. Cancellation by Global R-Hub

Global R-Hub reserves the right to cancel any program or service. In such cases, students will receive a full refund for the cancelled portion, or may opt for an alternative program if mutually agreed.

7. Dispute & Governing Law

This policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Chandigarh, Punjab, India.
